At present Samsung publicized two high-density memory solutions for mobile devices. The two high-density memory solutions for mobile devices are 64-gigabyte (GB) moviNAND memory device and a 32GB micro secure digital (microSD) memory card. These new storage solutions are based on Samsung’s highly developed 32 gigabit (Gb) NAND flash. The new storage solution 64GB moviNAND has height of 1.4mm. 64GM moviNAND is currently available in 64GB, 32GB, 16GB, 8GB and 4GB densities. The other new storage solution that is 32GB microSD card developed in this month stacks eight 32GB NAND components and a card controller. Latest technology is used by Samsung for developing these new storage solutions.
