Samsung confirms new Omnia2 and i8910 HD

All the rumours of an Samsung Omnia2 and i8910 HD are now true. Samsung announced the two new mobile phones and also stated when they will be released in Singpore. Starting this weekend July 18th, the Omnia will set you back $615USD without a contract and will run Windows Mobile 6.1 professional that can be upgraded to Windows 6.5 upon release. The i8910 won’t be out until August 1st and will set you back $750USD without a contract. It will run with the Symbian operating system and has a 8 megapixel camera builtin. It also has a 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen.



Bluetooth SIG leaks new Samsung Giorgio Armani

Once again the guys over at Bluetooth SIG have leaked another phone before its official launch. The latest victim is the new Samsung Giorgio Armani GT-B7620. The GT-B7620 will be styled after the Omnia if the rumours are correct. That means it will have a full slide out QWERTY keyboard for easy texting and a big touchscreen on the front of the phone. The rumours say that it will run Windows Mobile 6.1 professional version and have a super fast 800MHz processor inside. These rumours are looking like they are true and the phone should be released sometime in the next few months.

Four new phones for Samsung

Samsung has just launched four new phones for the budget and mid-range markets. The new phones all have a standard 3.5mm stereo jack for easy music listening and none of the phones will break the bank when you go to buy one. There is no current release date on these phones but here is what we do know. The S6700 is a slider phone and is the best of the bunch with a 3 megapixel camera. Nest is the C5510 which is also a slider but with a 2 megapixel camera and no autofocus. The last two are budget phones M2310 and M2510
